Delete your Cashkr Partner App account

Option 1: From the app

1. Open the Cashkr Partner App and log in.
2. Go to Menu (☰) → Legal & Policies → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your request. You will get a Reference ID (for example, CKDEL-XXXXXXXX).

Option 2: Without the app

• Email support@cashkr.com from your registered email, or with your registered mobile number, using the subject “Delete my Cashkr Partner account”.
• Or call +91 99202 82874.

You do not need to install the app to make this request.

What happens next

• Our team will contact your registered mobile number within 7 working days to verify the request.
• After verification, your account and associated data are deleted, and you receive a confirmation on your registered mobile number.

Data we delete

• Your profile details (name, mobile number, email, address)
• Uploaded documents and photos (ID proofs, shop photos, login selfies)
• Your service pincodes and login sessions
• Device tokens used for push notifications

Data we keep, and for how long

• Records of completed orders
• Invoices and GST records
• Payout and credit transaction records

These records are kept in an anonymised form, no longer linked to your name or mobile number, for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting laws, and are then deleted. This data is used only for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.
